Adding New Recipients

Step 1:Use the "Recipients" drop down Main Menu link, "-Insert Recipient" to open and enter a new Recipient (Payee) record.
Note: For adding 1042-S Recipients, use the "1042-S" Main Menu link to the right of the "TaxForms" Main Menu link.
Step 2:Enter the required information.
Note: If the data that you type into these fields contains non-compliant information, you may get an error message that will prompt you to re-type compliant information. For instance, if you try to enter a letter in the zip code field, you will receive an error message.
Step 3:Click on the "Save" button.
